SHIPPING

Https://www.amjoymart.com. We currently ships to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, however, shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is available to customers on checkout based on their preferences. Other than express orders, our standard shipping methods is by USPS® UPS®, FedEx®, DHL®. We charge separately for express orders if you choose express or next day delivery at checkout.

The exact delivery date of your order may depend on several factors, including, without limitation, the date and time you place your order, the schedules and processes of our shipping partners, holiday schedules, weather, and other factors. Although we try to anticipate delays, we cannot always predict or prepare for delays caused by carriers. Delivery and shipment information, changes in orders, and other unforeseen conditions including governmental holidays, unpredictable weather emergencies, and other enforceable circumstances may affect delivery times and accuracy. Whenever delivery delays occur, amjoymart will do whatever we possibly could to help resolve these circumstances, as smoothly and quickly as we can to the extent possible within our control. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery, as reported by the respective third-party package delivery company, to qualify for return. Return requests received more than fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, please notify sales@amjoymart.com of your concern within three (3) days of receipt and your item must be unused and in the original condition and package that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Some health and personal care items.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

REFUNDS

 When your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days business days if the Return Policy allows for a return, or we otherwise agree to a return in writing. We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. We will only issue a refund upon receiving the returned item at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.

All purchases made with a Promo Code or pursuant to a Promotion are final and are not eligible for return, unless the reason for the return request is for errors or inaccuracies in the order made by amjoymart.

Users may not return items for reason of stock or inventory balancing, offsetting unused inventory, insufficient expiry period, inability to resell items, quantity miscalculation, or reversing initial acceptance of purchased orders. All specialized or custom purchases, including, without limitation, phone orders, orders made pursuant to purchase order, business orders, discounted orders, and custom pallet orders requiring special delivery accommodations by amjoymart, are not eligible for return, unless otherwise agreed in writing by amjoymart, in its sole discretion.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund within the stated periods, first check your credit card statements and bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale item and final sales items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@amjoymart.com and send your item to the address given to you by email by sales@amjoymart.com

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

RETURNS SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to address specified in your return email from sales@amjoymart.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except in cases of errors made by amjoymart.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RISK OF LOSS

A third-party package delivery company delivers all goods and products purchased by you from @Https://www.amjoymart.com pursuant to a shipment contract. We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the performance of such third-party suppliers and shipping companies, but shall not be responsible for their failure or for their other acts or omissions.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS AND FREE SHIPPING

We may, in our sole discretion, set and adjust minimum (or maximum) quantity and/or price requirements from time to time for any order or attempted order placed on amjoymart Sites.

We may also, in our sole discretion, set and adjust minimum (or maximum) quantity and/or price requirements from time to time for any user to receive free shipping on any order placed on amjoymart Sites.
